[Pharmacological Action]

[Clinical Verification]

From May 1999 to Mar 2000, 300 patients with angina of coronary heart disease were clinically observed in Dongzhimeng Hospital of Beijing Medical University, Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guang?anmeng Hospital of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chengdu No.1 People?s Hospital. The results of these observations show that the highly effective rate is 40.0% and the total effective rate is 90.6%. The highly effective rate shown on ECG is 15.0% and the total effective rate on ECG is 53.0%. There were no obvious toxic or adverse effects found in courses of treatment.
